Ingredients:
Organic Rosemary, Organic Dried Lemon Peel, Organic Holy Basil (Tulsi), Organic Green Tea, Organic Lavender, Organic Thyme Leaf, USDA Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil (gently aromatic; used at steam-safe dilution)

Usage Instructions:
Place contents into a heat-safe bowl. Pour hot (not boiling) water over herbs. Drape a towel over your head and allow steam to rise for 5–10 minutes. Keep eyes closed and breathe gently.

Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
