Orders do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
⏱ Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery windows begin after your order has shipped—not when it’s placed.
Southern Buffalo Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or service interruptions outside our control.
🏷 Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier
Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.
🎁 Gift Orders

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
